Despite the different symptoms and types of emotional problems, many families who have loved ones in distress, share similar experiences. As a licensed clinical psychotherapist I offer a variety of different types of therapy and counseling depending on your needs and the needs of your family. Below is a list of a few of the different types of counseling I provide. Many of these work together in combination with one another.
My practice is committed to helping my clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and other life problems so that they can live abundant and more meaningful lives. My commitment is not just to help my clients feel better; I help them to live better.
