Do both parents have to participate in co-parenting counseling?

I have seen Susan Christiansen on and off for the past few years. Of course, the more regularly we meet, the better things go. What particularly impresses me about Susan is she is a knowledgeable therapist who is deeply concerned for her clients and at the same time is strongly dedicated to her own self-growth and development. I have never gone to counseling before, therefore I was quite nervous when I walked into Dr Christiansen’s office for the first time! After only a few minutes, though, I felt so much more comfortable and hopeful once we started talking.
